About me...

I'm here because I love being involved in education. I have been teaching and helping students for over 25 years with computer applications and keyboarding classes. Before computers, I helped students learn how to use dedicated word processors. It was a long time ago!
I think and breath to teach and learn. I am always learning something new to teach others. I love my jobs because I am always learning something new and exciting. I have three jobs at a community college, and I teach online classes through Education to Go
. I have taken computer classes, but much of my computer knowledge is self-taught or has been learned on the job and by assisting students and staff.
I enjoy reading, learning, traveling, and spending time with my family.

What is all this blogging about?
I am teaching myself about blogging. Why? Because it's fun to learn something new and because I would like to teach others how to blog and incorporate blogging into my classroom instruction. Eventually I would like to become an affiliate and share this knowledge with others. So, this is my first attempt at blogging, at least with an official blog website. In addition, to Blogger, I'll try WordPress and maybe a few other blogging applications.
